Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State on written instructions would submit that basing on the petitioner’s report dated 25.04.2019, the Police registered a case in Crime No.83 of 2019 on the file of the III Town Police Station, SPSR Nellore District for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341 and 506 IPC and took up the investigation. 3. In that view of the matter, the cause in the present Writ Petition become infructuous. 4. The contention of the Writ Petitioner is that the Police did not registered any case basing on the Petitioner’s representation dated 29.03.2019. 5. Now, the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, would reveal that subsequently to the impugned petitioner’s representation dated 29.03.2019, the petitioner presented another representation dated 25.04.2014, 4 basing on the which the Police registered the aforementioned case. 6. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
