GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP The Court made the following: 3 ORDER:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in mutating the name of the petitioner in the Municipal records. 2. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent is denying mutation on the pretext of pending civil disputes. It is also submitted that, as on date, there are no disputes pending and that the relevant E-Court copies evidencing closure of all the cases were furnished to the 3rd respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the petitioner has not approached the 3rd respondent along with the relevant application. 4. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed off at the admission stage, leaving it open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with the required annexures relating to title documents and payment of relevant fee, and on receipt of such representation, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
