GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 29082 of 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of officials of Respondent No.4 herein in not initiating process in pursuance of Application bearing Number MUT250811061573, for mutating Petitioner’s name in Revenue Records Pahanis, 1- B extract (ROR) for issuing Electronic Pattadhar Pass Books, Title Deeds with respect to Petitioner’s respective Agriculture Lands in respective Survey Numbers 105-1A, 105-2A, 113-1, 113-2, 113-3 respectively admeasuring an extent of Ac.0-50 Cents, Ac.0-60 Cents, Ac.0-41 Cents, Ac.0-32 Cents, Ac.0-85 Cents situated at Bidinamcherla Village, Simhadripuram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District as illegal, arbitrary, against provisions of The Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadhar Pass Books Act 1971 and consequently direct the Respondents No.4 to initiate process in pursuance of Application bearing Number MUT250811061573 for mutating Petitioner’s Agriculture Lands and to pass such other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice”. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed the written instructions dated 24.10.2025 addressed by the 4th respondent/Tahsildar, which transpires that the mutation application filed by the petitioner was rejected on the ground that there is a family dispute in between the family members of the petitioner. 4 3. In view of the submission made in the written instructions, dated 24.10.2025 and since the mutation application of the petitioner was disposed, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition directing the 4th respondent/Tahsildar to communicate the rejection order to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
