By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT 2 reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record relating to transfer of the petitioner from Abhanpur, Raipur to Koriya. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside/quash the impugned transfer order dated 08/01/2025 (Annexure P-1) so far as it relates to the petitioner. 10.3 That, the Petitioner be allowed to perform his duties at Government Veterinary Hospital, Abhanpur. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to decide the representation (Annexure P3) of the petitioner and looking to the age of petitioner consider the transfer request of the petitioner to any nearby places to Raipur. 10.5 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit according to the facts & circumstances of the case may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Additional Deputy Director and has been transferred from Abhanpur, District-Raipur to Government Veterinary Hospital, Kotdol, District-Koriya. He further submits that he is challenging the transfer order on the ground no one has been 3 transferred in the place of the petitioner, as such the transfer order is not in accordance with law and requires to be quashed. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission and submits that the transfer order has rightly been passed which is not required to interfere. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a representation raising all his grievances before the authorities concerned within a period of one week and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the said representation within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law. 6. Till the decision of the said representation, the impugned transfer order dated 08.01.2025 is kept in abeyance. 7. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands disposed of.
