Satyen Vaidya, Judge(oral) Though, the matter was ordered to be listed on 3rd September, 2025, however, it has been taken up today on mention made by learned counsel for the appellant. 2. In sequel to order dated 26.06.2025 and in terms of settlement Ext. PA between the parties, the balance amount of Rs.8 lacs has been paid by the appellant-husband to respondent- wife by way of bank draft drawn in the name of Reva Sharma. Respondent-wife has shown her satisfaction with respect to discharge of liabilities by the appellant-husband in terms of settlement Ext. PA. 2 3. The joint statement of parties has been recorded in the Court today and they have confirmed their prayer for grant of divorce by way of mutual consent. 4. Since, the proceedings in FAO No.143 of 2018 has already been ordered to be converted to one under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act vide order dated 27.06.2025 and the parties have complied with all the terms and conditions as recorded in their mutual settlement Ext. PA, this Court sees no impediment in granting the decree of divorce by way of mutual consent in favour of the parties. Ordered accordingly. The marriage between the appellant-husband and respondent-wife is ordered to be dissolved by way of decree of divorce under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act by way of mutual consent. Decree sheet be prepared accordingly. 5. Petition is according disposed of along with pending application(s), if any. (Satyen Vaidya) Judge 28th August, 2025 (vt)
