3. From perusal of the prayer and pleadings made in the present petition, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed for quashment of the FIR of the year 1992. But there is no pleading about the further proceeding along with order sheets of concerned court. In the opinion of this Court, the pleading of petition is defective as the petitioner has not filled the complete order sheet of the trial court showing the status of the trial which shows that the prayer drafted by learned counsel for the petitioner is in a casual manner.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
5. Learned State counsel has no objection.
6. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
