Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 02.05.2025 passed by respondent no.3 i.e. Additional Housing Commissioner/Additional Registrar, U.P. Awas Evam Vikas Parishad (Cooperative Department), Lucknow, whereby the petitioner has been asked to submit his explanation on an enquiry instituted against him and by the aforesaid order, the Chairman of the Committee of Management of the concerned cooperative society has been asked not to take any work from the petitioner till the completion of the enquiry. 3. The petitioner has not been put under suspension. The order does not adversely effect any substantive right of the petitioner. 4. Therefore, we do not consider it a case to look into the legality of the proceeding at this stage under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
