The above civil revision petition has been filed against the docket order dated 02.04.2025, passed in I.A.No.215 of 2025 in O.S.No.22 of 2025 on the file of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kotabommali, Srikakulam District. 2.
Heard Sri Bilaal Ahmed Syed, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. The petitioners, being the plaintiffs, filed a suit in O.S.No.22 of 2025 against the defendants seeking a perpetual injunction. Along with the suit, the petitioners filed I.A.No.215 of 2025 under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 and Section 94(C) r/w Section 151 of C.P.C for the grant of an Ad-interim injunction. The Trial Court, by docket order dated 02.04.2025, ordered urgent notice to the respondents and adjourned the I.A., to 05.05.2025. 4. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments and urged to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the I.A.No.215 of
2025. Learned counsel would also submit that the respondents filed a counter- affidavit in the said I.A. The same is recorded. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kotabommali, Srikakulam District, to dispose of the I.A.No.215 of 2025 in O.S.No.22 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible, strictly as per law.
