GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the R1 in not sanctioning of permission for prosecution U/s 197 Cr.P.C. and R2 to R4 in not investigating the case in Crime No.67/2020 on the file of Nagarampalem P.S., Guntur Urban, Guntur District, is illegal, 2 arbitrary, unjust and in violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to collect evidence from the petitioner those were previously refused and commence with investigation in Crime No.67/2020 on the file of Nagarampalem PS, Guntur.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, after completion of investigation in Crime No.67 of 2020 on the file of Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur, the same was referred as ‘false’.
