The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhalbhumgarh P.S. Case No. 40/2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 323/2017 (S), for the offences registered under Sections 143, 341, 353, 504 & 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Ghatshila. 3. On 26.08.2017 at about 6:30 P.M., the petitioner alongwith co- accused persons obstructed Dhalbhumgarh police who were on duty. They forcible took away cattle which was seized by the police. 4. It was submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as the learned Court below itself. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Ghatshila in connection with Dhalbhumgarh P.S.
