GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Police in not providing Police Aid on the report of petitioner dated 31.05.2021 against the unofficial Respondents No.5 and 6 in connection with causes trespasses the petitioner land in respect of the land RS No. 404/11 to an extent of Sq.532.4 yards situated at Reddygudem Village and Mandel, Krishna Districl, illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondent Police to provide Police Aid in favour of the petitioner herein with his own expenditure against the unofficial respondents in respect of the land.” 2. Heard Sri Kondapalli Syam Sundar, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Respondents - Police may be directed to provide police aid to the Petitioner since the unofficial Respondents are trying to trespass into their property. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, unless there is a judicial order, the Police cannot given such police protection. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out her remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
