Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the Police registered a case in Crime No.241 of 2019 on the file of the I Town Police Station, Hindupur, for the offence under Section 506 IPC. 3. The present Writ Petition is filed to register a case on the representation of the Petitioner. 4. Now, in the light of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, basing on the petitioner’s representation, the Respondent Police registered a case, subsequent to filing of the present Writ Petition and hence, the cause in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 5. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. 6.
