The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to 3, to take action against the illegal construction being O R D E R % 07.11.2025 This is a digitally signed order. Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2-Special Task Force (“STF”), submits that complaint received by them has already been forwarded to the respondent no. 1- Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”). 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-MCD hands over a copy of a Status Report dated 04th 4. Learned counsel appearing for the MCD is directed to supply copy of the Status Report to the respective counsels, on the E-mails, which are reflected in today’s order. November, 2025 to this Court, which is taken on record. 5. The relevant portions of the said Status Report, read as under: “xxx xxx xxx ” This is a digitally signed order. Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report shows that the property in question has already been booked for unauthorized construction on 30th October, 2025 and a Show Cause Notice dated 30th 7. This Court takes note of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the MCD that requisite action shall be taken, in accordance with law. October, 2025 has also been issued. 8. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 4 to 6, submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the wife of the elder brother, namely, late Shri Arun Kumar, of respondent nos. 4 and 6. He further submits that the petitioners have filed around twelve cases against the respondent nos. 4 to 6. He, thus, submits that the present petition is more in the nature of a family dispute. 9. Considering the submissions made before this Court, since the MCD has already booked the property in question, it is directed that further action shall be taken by the MCD, after following the due procedure and in accordance with law. 10. Rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 11. In case, any party is aggrieved by any action or non-action on the part of the MCD, their right to seek remedies, in accordance with law, is reserved. 12.
