1. Heard Shri Shobhit Koshta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer for the State and Shri Vipin Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2. 2. The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:-
“ It is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR no.- 9/22 (Annexure P-1) for offence u/s 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 476, 469, 120B, 201 of IPC and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act which is a gross abuse of process of law, illegal and against the provision of law and thus, liable to be quashed in the interest of justice. That, the petitioner is also praying for quashing of entire charge sheet and entire proceeding in relation to Criminal Case- 3488/2022 pending before the Judicial
3 Magistrate, First Class, Raipur, District- Raipur, CG against the petitioner. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice. 3. As per the report of the trial Court, it transpires that the case is fixed for framing of charge on 26.08.2025. In view of the same the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court and cooperate with the trial. 4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse of law. 5.
