Heard Sri Khader Vali Shaik, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the investigation in this matter is completed. The case was dropped and a final report was also filed before the Court after giving notice to the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
