This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging non-implementation of the Court’s order dated 21.05.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.13046 of 2024. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that the order passed by this Court on 21.05.2024 was duly communicated to the Opposite Party-Contemnor through Regd. Post. Further, in support of his contention that the order has been duly communicated, learned counsel for the Petitioner referred to the notice under Annexure-3, the said notice reveals that the Petitioner has been noticed to appear before the authorities for hearing on 09.07.2024 pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 25.01.2024. He further contended that despite a direction by this Court to Page 2 of 2. conclude the proceeding within a period of six weeks, the order passed by this Court has not been adhered to. 5. Learned counsel for the Contemnor on the other hand sought for some time to implement the order passed by this Court on 25.01.2024. 6. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the Contemnor, this Court deems it proper to provide another opportunity and the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party-Contemnor to comply with the direction of this Court dated 21.05.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.13046 of 2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided the operation of order has not been stayed by higher forum and file compliance report before the Registry of this Court within one week thereafter. It is made clear that in the event the order of the Court is not given effect to within the time stipulated hereinabove, it will be construed to be wilful and deliberate violation of this Court’s order and accordingly, the Contemnor shall be asked to appear before this Court and explain as to why the proceeding under the Contempt of Courts Act shall not be initiated against him. 7.
