In this case, in compliance with the bailable warrant order of this Court dated 11.11.2025, it has been informed by Police Chouki – Basdei, Police Station – Surajpur, District – Surajpur (C.G.) that the sole appellant Sandip Kumar Painkara S/o Sahettar Ram Painkara had died on 06.11.2024 and a death certificate has been attached to this effect. 3. In view of the matter, this Criminal Appeal stands disposed of as the legal representative of the appellant has not approached to contest the appeal.
