4. In the instant C528 application, all the applicants are praying for default bail, however, on the previous date this Court is not convinced with the arguments of the
learned counsel for the applicants that applicants deserve for anticipatory bail and liberty was given to each of the applicants to move regular bail application before the concerned court.

Learned counsel for the applicant apprise to this Court that two of the applicants have already filed regular bail.
6. In such view of the matter since now the applicants was given liberty to move regular bail application and some of them already filed regular bail application, therefore, instant C528 application is now rendered infructuous at this stage.
7. In such view of the mater, the instant C528 application is dismissed as infructuous at this stage.
