This application was decided vide judgment dated 24.09.2025 and while quashing the First Information Report in question we had imposed costs of Rs.20,000/- on the applicants as also Rs.20,000/- to the non-applicant No.2. 2. Further more vide order dated 19.11.2025 we had observed that the applicants were already granted time by way of last chance to comply the same. 3. Today counsel for the applicants has filed pursis evidencing the payment of costs on its part. Since the non- applicant No.2 is not present. We had given intimation to non- applicant No.2 wherein there is an endoresment by her that she has some medical emergency and therefore, even though, she has prayed for adjournment, we exonerate non-applicant No.2 from payment of costs. 4.
