This MCC has been filed for modification in the relief clause 10.1 wherein the petitioner has wrongly typed the khasra no. 344, admeasuring 0.433 hectare. 2. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which 2 is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for modification in order dated 18.07.2025 passed by this Court in WPC No. 3752 of 2025. 3. Para 5 of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in WPC No. 3752 of 2025 will now read as under: “5. Given the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an application before the concerned authorities within 20 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter the concerned respondent-authorities including the Revenue Department of the State Government getting the property of the petitioner under challenge in Revenue Case No. 202202113500042/v-12/2021-22 duly demarcated physically in the presence of the petitioner and all concerned persons under Section 129 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code in accordance with law within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of application filed by the petitioner.” 4. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed.
