JUDGMENT:
On 12.08.2025, there was no representation on either side and the matter was posted to 09.09.2025. On 09.09.2025, since there was no representation for both the parties, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.10.2025 under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, it is apparent that the appellant is not having any interest to prosecute the appeal.
2. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
