Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order Dt.22.04.2025 passed by Respondent no.1 and in pursuance thereof order Dt. 24.04.2025 passed by Commissioner, Chitrakoot Dham Mandal Banda, Banda (respondent no.2) (Annexure No.1&2) to this writ petition. (ii) issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the letter Dt.28.04.2025 passed by District Magistrate, Banda (Respondent no.3) (Annexure No.8) to this writ petition. (iii) issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents not to take any further proceeding against the petitioner on the basis of complaint Dt. 29.10.2024 and further thereof the Enquiry Report Dt. 29.01.2025." 3. No adverse action has yet been taken against the petitioner. No substantive rights of the petitioner have yet been violated, therefore, it is not the stage to inquire into the legality and validity of the action at present being taken by the respondents. 4.
