2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking following reliefs :-
“It is, therefore, most respectfully and humbly prayed that the Hon'ble High Court may most kindly be pleased to allow the petition and may quash/set aside the impugned First Information Report dated 31.01.2021 relating to Crime No. 17/2021 registered at P.S. Mahila Thana, Durg, District Durg (C.G.) lodged by the complainant/ respondent No. 2 against the applicants herein u/S. 498-A/34 of IPC and the charge sheet and the entire proceedings pending as Criminal Case No. 6183/2021 before the learned trial Court of J.M.F.C., Durg (C.G.) (presided by Ku. Deepa Suchita Tirki) and the consequences thereof (if any) and to set aside the impugned order dated 24.06.2023 passed in Criminal Revision No. 116/2023 by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Durg, and the impugned order dated 22.02.2023 passed by the learned trial Court in Criminal Case No. 6183/2021, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as during pendency of the matter has already been settled between the parties and the petitioners have been acquitted by the learned trial Court.
