GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 5903 of 2021 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue an order, Writ or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of Constitution of India, by directing the 2nd respondent not to harass petitioner and the 3rd petitioner as 2nd and 3rd petitioners are old and sick, being parents of the 1st petitioner and not to issue red corner notice/lookout notice against the 1St petitioner at America, and not to impound his visa and pass port in terms of the guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Rajesh Sharma and others Vs. State of M.P and others till the final disposal of the Writ Petition in the interest of justice and to grant.…” 2. Heard Sri T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that basing on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein, a case in Crime No.51 of 2020 has been registered against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act at Satyanarayana Puram Police Station. He would further submit that during the course of investigation, as the petitioner No.1 was found absconding and is said to be residing in U.S.A., a look out circular was issued. 4 4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law regarding the crime registered against the petitioners. .
