Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, the Police having received the representation dated 26.07.2021 from the Petitioner, enquired into the matter and found that the matter is purely of civil nature and as such, the Respondent – Police has not registered the case based on the said representation. 4. Sri N.Premraj, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
