Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by this Hon’ble Court the respondents vide order BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2025.12.19 18:10:28 +0530 2 dated 30.10.2025 has absorbed the petitioner on the post of Lecturer with effect from 31.10.2020 as such the order has been partly allowed. To substantiate their submission, they have submitted a copy of the order dated 30.10.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the petitioner should be considered for absorption from year 2019. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this stage, therefore, the Contempt proceeding initiated against the respondents is closed. 4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. 5. The applicant is at liberty to challenge the said order, if she is not satisfied in absorbing her in the post of Lecturere from 31.10.2020. 6.
