Case No. 110 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 103, 61(2), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Godda. On 05.11.2024, at about 04:00 P.M., parents of the informant had gone to Lalmatia village market. While they were returning home, two unknown persons shot the father of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has not transpired in the statement of any of the witnesses. It was further submitted that from the statement of the informant, it transpires that the mother of the informant had identified one Robin Kisku by his body shape. She has not stated anything against this petitioner. Learned A.P.P., after going through the case diary submitted that the petitioner has confessed his guilt. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Godda or his successor in connection with Lalmatiya P.S.
