By this petition, petitioner seeks direction against the respondents to register an offence against respondent nos. 3 and 4 on the complaint made by the petitioner on 08.11.2019, 09.11.2019 and 11.11.2019 thereby alleging sexual harassment. 2. Respondent No. 2 – Police Inspector, Human Resources, Jalgaon. Tq. & Dist. Jalgaon, filed affidavit-in-reply stating that an inquiry was conducted into the allegations of the petitioner by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Faizpur Division and it was revealed that there was no evidence against respondent nos. 3 and 4. Taking into consideration, the statements made in the affidavit-in-reply, we find no substance in the petition. Criminal Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of.
