Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to summon the Petitioner to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against them and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent Nos.4 and 5 in respect of the property in question. There shall be no order as to costs.
