Petitioner before this Court is aggrieved for non declaration of her marks obtained by her in the written examination. Learned counsel for the respondent Commission submits that the petitioner since not found place in the select list, has come to question the notification itself. However, he submits that soon after the selection process is over the marks will be disclosed. In view of the above, it is expected that soon after the selection process is completed by the U.P. Police Recruitment and Promotion Board and recommendations made, the petitioner's marks shall be disclosed to her. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition consigned to records.
