ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to conduct enquiry in respect of various omissions and commissions including the scams referred in the representation Dt. 12.09.2019 within a time-bound programme and submit a report to this Hon'ble Court for appropriate action and pass…”
2. None appeared for the writ petitioner though the matter is posted under the caption “For Dismissal”. Earlier also there was no representation for the petitioner.
3. It appears that the petitioner failed to prosecute the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
