When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that the investigation is completed in this matter and charge sheet is also filed. The matter is pending before the Trial Court. 3. Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for quashment. 4. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it does not preclude the petitioner to file a petition for quashment challenging the charge sheet, if so advised.
