The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.4484 of 2021 (State Vs. Pankaj Rana & others) arising out of Case Crime No.68 of 2021, under Sections 323, 325, 406, 498A, 504, 506 of I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act, Police Station Sihani Gate, District Ghaziabad, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 21.06.2021 pending in the court of IVth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Ghaziabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application and submits that the present application has become infructuous due to matter has been settled by the Supreme Court in case of Transfer Application filed by the private opposite party No.2. 5.
