The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 01.05.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0786 of 2021, under Sections- 109, 115(2), 351, 352 B.N.S and Section 3 and 4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Bhopa, District- Muzaffar Nagar. It has been submitted that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and respondent no. 3 has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R is quashed.
