ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 2 to 4 in interfering in civil matters when 1.A No. 188/2021 in O.S.No. 567/2021

on the file of I Addl. Junior civil Judge, Guntur vide order dated 9.7.2021 and not to harass the petitioner and their family members at the instance of respondent No.5 which is contrary to law and opposed to Article 21, 14 and opposed to principles of natural justice and to such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. None represented for the Petitioner.

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, on coming to know about the pendency of I.A.No.188 of 2021 in O.S.No.567 of 2021 before the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, since the matter is of civil nature, the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
