Issuance of notice to respondents is dispensed with. 2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit. She sought for interim relief before the trial Court but it was negatived. Challenging the same, the revision petitioner filed C.M.A.No.1 and C.M.A.No.2 of 2025 respectively on the file of the V Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, All that the petitioner wants is the speedy disposal of said CMAs. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents in CMAs have already been served.
