1. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate writ of mandamus and certiorari and for other suitable writs and directions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the order dated 06.05.2024 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2622 of 2025 and 2627 of 2024, therefore, similar order can be passed in the present case also. He would further submit that the petitioner who was working on the post of Revenue Inspector in Municipal Council Ambagarh Chowki has been retired but leave encashment and GPF have not been paid by the respondent and would pray for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities. Considering the submission and fact that the amount of leave encashment & GPF have not been paid to the petitioner, though this is a fit case where penal interest can be imposed, but looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the respondent authority is having some financial crisis, no penal interest is imposed, but it is directed that within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, leave encashment & GPF amount shall be released to the petitioner without any delay.
4. It is made clear that if the respondent authority fails to comply with the
order, then it will be viewed seriously by this Court.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition (s) is
