The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 15.07.2023 passed by learned Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act Court, Ghaziabad in Case No. 21 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No. CBI RC-DST/2012/A/0006 whereby the application of the applicant seeking un-relied documents has been rejected. On the matter being taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the un-relied documents, in question, have already been given by the C.B.I. to the applicant on 20.11.2023, hence, the cause of this application has lost its efficacy. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the C.B.I. does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the above, the instant application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as having become infructuous.
