GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a Writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in issuing the Notice dated 19.08.2021 and demanding to return the gold orally in respect of loan account Nos.MSL-16306, BTB-112, MAL-6219, MAL-6454, MAL-6456, MAL-6457, MAL-6455, MAL-6505, MAL-6506, MAL-6605, MSL-19085, MSL-19084 and MSL-19086 and personal visits and extending threats to the employees of the Petitioner to hand over the gold ornaments in respect of loan amounts sanctioned to Kongalaveeti V.R. Reddy, S/o. K. Gurvareddy without any manner of right under the guise of registration of FIR No.400/2021 Section 420 of IPC and Section 5 of Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act and interference of the 4th respondent with the day-to-day business activities of the Petitioner's Company without following due process of law as illegal, unwarranted, unsustainable, arbitrary, unconstitutional, against Law as well as principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the notice dated.19.08.2021 of 4th Respondent and direct the Respondents not to interference with the business activities of the Petitioner without following due process of law.” 3 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
