The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.65 dated 03.02.2024 registered under Sections 34, 354-D & 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar, Gurugram. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and in pursuance to the order dated 23.09.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation. 4.
