The Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in including the land in R.S.No.203-2 to an extent of 4 Ac.0.20 cents, R.S.No.203-2B to an extent of Ac.0-20 cents, R.S.No.204-2A to an extent of Ac.0-40 cents, totaling Ac.0-80 cents of Kowtharam Village, Gudlavalleru Mandal, Krishna District, in Prohibitory property list under Section 22-A of Registration Act, and consequently prayed to direct the respondents to delete the above said lands from the prohibitory property list. 3.
