Having heard the counsel for the parties and having regard to the nature of prayer, we direct the respondent No. 3, the District Magistrate, District Moradabad, to treat the application dated May 5, 2025, stated to be filed by the petitioner and annexed to the writ petition as if an appeal filed by her and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned order and after granting an opportunity of hearing to her, within a period of twelve weeks from date.
