Additional District Magistrate (East) bearing no. F.No.466/Tribunal/East/2025/2238-42, be preponed. 2. It is informed by the respondent no.1 that the hearing in the appeal filed by the petitioner is now scheduled on 19.03.2026. 3. Let an endeavour be made by the Maintenance Tribunal to expedite the hearing to the extent possible. 4. The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
