ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of 2nd Respondent in considering petitioners registered request letter dt. 17-09-2025 though served on 18-09-2025 to provide security to their life and property i.e., a house site admeasuring to an extent of 184.16666 square yards a house site property admeasuring to an extent of 184.166 square yards situated in the Survey No.210-A, removed house D.No. 15-3-89 of Shavukaru peta of Palakol, West Godavari District, having purchased the same from the person Mamidisetti Srinivasu, S/o Sivannarayana of Palakoderu under two registered sale deeds dated 14-06-2025 for a valuable consideration, were registered as Documents No. 1746 of 2025 1747 of 2025 on 21-06-2025 in the office of the Sub- Registrar, Achanta as wholly illegal arbitrary, unjust, malafide, unconstitutional, against the principles of natural justice and violation of petitioners fundamental rights guaranteed under article 21 and 300A of the constitution of India, consequently direct the Respondents-2 & 3 to give necessary protection to the petitioners as there was threat to their lives in the hands of Respondents 4 to 8 and also to restrain Respondents- 4 to 8 and their goons as they are high handedly trying to dispossess the Petitioners from their house site admeasuring 184.16666 square yards as stated supra and issue such other writ or order as deemed fit proper in the circumstances of the case and pass necessary orders in the interest of justice.…”
2. Heard Sri Kotha Naga Surya Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint made by the sister of the 7th respondent herein through Public Grievance Redressal System, the petitioners were called to the police station for enquiry and no crime has been registered against the petitioners. He would further submit that the police did not choose to register the FIR on the representation of the Petitioners, since the matter is of civil in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. The police are further directed not to call the petitioners to the police station in absence of any crime registered against them. There shall be no order as to costs.
