Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents authorities not to demolish the houses of the petitioners situated over Gata No. 463 area 0.2020 hectare in Village-Kakrahi, Pargana, Tahsil and District- Auraiya in pursuance of orders dated 23.9.2024 and 25.4.2025 passed by the respondent nos. 2 and 3. 3. Petitioner is purchaser from one Nisar Ahmad, against whom, an order has been passed on 23.09.2024 under Section 128 of the UP Revenue code. The said order has not been challenged by the petitioner and therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the present writ petition. Since, the order under Section 128 of the U.P Revenue Code has been passed against the predecessor in interest of the petitioner, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with the provisions of U.P.
