GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 27988 of 2025 ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.1.50 cents and Ac.0.72 cents in Survey Nos.7-3 and 8-4 situated at Mudasarilova Village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, which is inherited from his grandfather and since decades his family is in possession and enjoyment of the same. Due to disputes arisen with the neighbours of his subject land, he has submitted F-Line application No.FSNV012500806769, dated 06.08.2025 by paying requisite fee for conducting a survey and fixing boundaries over the subject land. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s application has constrained him to approach this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested to dispose of the writ petition by giving a direction to the respondents to dispose of the F-line application, within a stipulated time. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents did not oppose for disposal of the writ petition and fairly admitted that the respondent authorities would conduct survey in accordance with law as per the F-line application filed by the petitioner. 4 4. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing concerned authorities to consider the F-Line application No.FSNV012500806769, dated 06.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
