Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the prayers made therein, this Court is of the considered view that reliefs as prayed for cannot be granted because, it is not apparent from the documents appended therewith as to when did the petitioner initially actually applied for demarcation etc.

At this stage, as prayed for by Mr. R.L. Chaudhary, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that he may approach the Authority afresh for the purpose of demarcation as per law and the Authority concerned shall deal with the application in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court is not issuing any order for the demarcation of the land per se and it is simply

making an observation that request if any made by the petitioner for demarcation of his land shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
