Court No. - 50 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL CANCELLATION APPLICATION No. - 215 of 2025 Applicant :- Surya Narayan Shukla Opposite Party :- State of U.P. and Another Counsel for Applicant :- Durgesh Kumar Pandey,Shailendra Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The trial is on the verge of conclusion. While granting bail, this Court has noticed that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the stage was set for proceedings under Section 313 Cr.P.C./defence evidence. Vague allegations have been made against the applicant. The bail cancellation application asserts that the opposite party No. 2 is threatening the applicant to compromise or withdraw the case. There is no occasion for the opposite party No. 2 to threaten the applicant to compromise or withdraw the case as the prosecution evidence has already been concluded. It is evident that the bail has been actuated by malice. The only motive is to somehow get the applicant imprisoned. The bail cancellation application is dismissed.
