This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 22.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 109 of 2024, under Section 105 B.N.S., P.S. Bahjoi, District Sambhal. A further prayer has been made to command the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. On the question of maintainability of the present petition as the petitioner is not named in the FIR, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 4.
