This is an application seeking restoration of Cr. Revision No. 635 of 2021 which stood dismissed for non- compliance of the order dated 07.12.2023 passed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 07.12.2023 permitted the petitioner to remove the defects on or before 14.12.2023, however, due to non-marking of the list by the Advocate Clerk, the learned counsel for the petitioner could not attend and as such could not take Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60291 of 2025(3) dt.26-02-2026 2/2 appropriate steps. 4. In the circumstances and there being no opposition to the application, this Court allows the restoration application. 5. Let Cr. Revision No. 635 of 2021 be restored to its original file and the petitioner be permitted to remove the defects within four weeks from today. 6.
